The file created by LibZIP for iTunes is in standard ZIP format. The created ZIP file can be unzipped using the built-in LibZIP unzip or any one of the many free and low-cost products out there.

To launch 7-Zip from LibZIP use the View-->7-Zip UnZIP tool menu. 7-Zip can be used to unzip the created zip archives.
